Unidine is looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial individual with demonstrated financial experience to provide leadership to the accounting organization. The company has experienced rapid growth and the successful candidate will have proven experience in designing and implementing the organizational, process, controls and systems infrastructure to support the current and future needs.

Reporting directly to the CFO, this position is responsible for directing and overseeing all financial and accounting activities at Unidine, including the preparation of all financial reporting, management of banking relationships, risk management and the preparation of forecasts and financial models. Additionally, this position is accountable for managing the accounting functions including accounts payable and receivables, cash flow and cost control analysis, annual budget preparation and ensuring the maintenance of appropriate systems and processes to safeguard the fiduciary integrity of the company.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

A bachelor’s degree in accounting, or Finance from an accredited college or university, in combination with a CPA; a Master’s Degree is highly preferred. The successful candidate must have a minimum of ten years experience in financial management in a multi state and multi unit environment. A background in the service industry, healthcare or outsourcing environment is critical. Expertise in the design, and implementation of budgeting, planning and forecasting systems and the implementation of internal controls is required. This position is an integral part of the executive leadership team that will be instrumental in guiding the expansive growth of the company.
