Richard B. Schenkel (President and Chief Executive
Officer) brings an extensive background in food and service management
in the Healthcare Industry. As founder and CEO, Richard spearheaded
the development of Unidine from concept to implementation. Prior
to establishing Unidine, Schenkel was CEO and President at a regional
healthcare service management company and a food service management
firm. His leadership experiences include various executive level
positions with two major international healthcare service firms
directing various operational, sales and marketing initiatives.
He has a degree from the University of Wisconsin .
David B. Silva, CPA (Chief Financial Officer)
has a financial management career of over 25 years. He began his
career in a major international public accounting firm where he
gathered experience with various hospitality clients. Shifting
his focus to private industry, David managed the financial and
IT operations of both national and international manufacturing
corporations. Before joining Unidine, David held senior financial
positions in both the food services and medical product sectors.
David is a CPA and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting
from the University of Massachusetts.
Joshua Hubbard (Chief Operating Officer)
is a veteran of over 20 years in the food service industry, and he leverages
this experience to ensure operational excellence across the organization.
Josh began his career at Tavern on the Green in New York City and his
professional experience includes food service operations at restaurants,
higher education and conference centers. His success has been driven by an
entrepreneurial approach to the diverse positions he has held. Whether
functioning as a turnaround specialist, change agent or business leader, his
career has been highlighted by a results focused approach. Josh received a
Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University.
Timothy Lamson
(Vice President of Procurement Services) has over 25
years experience in supply chain management and is a seasoned
veteran of the food and hospitality industry where he headed up
purchasing for one of the largest restaurant chains in the nation
and one of the leading food service contract management companies.
Tim studied Business Administration at Boston State College.
James D. Lux (Chief Information Officer) is a seasoned
veteran with over 20 years of dining and hospitality industry experience.
He is responsible for controlling all aspects of technology and
telecommunications including acquisition, implementation and support for
Unidine's corporate office and over 150 facilities in fifteen states comprising
over 1500 end-users. Jim's career includes management of information and
technology for some of the largest restaurant chains in the country. Jim also
worked at a leading point of service technology firm in the hospitality arena. He
holds a Bachelors of Science and a Masters Degree in Business and Information
Systems from the University of Buffalo, as well as a Masters Degree in Leadership
from Northeastern University.
Holly Molinaro (Vice President and Chief People Officer) Has over
25 years of Human Resources experience with the last 18 years at the Vice President
level. Holly provides a full range of strategic guidance for everything from employee
relations, compensation and benefits to policy development and performance management.
She has extensive experience managing human resources for two large food service
management companies where her primary focus was on management development and succession
planning. Holly attended Michigan State University where she majored in communications.
